Sujit Jain
Founder & Managing Director

Mr. Sujit Jain is a serial entrepreneur with several successful ventures in Nutraceuticals, FMCG and Technology. Mr Jain is the Founder & Managing Director of Netsurf, a $100 million group of companies which include Netsurf Communications Pvt Ltd., Ajay Bio-tech (India) Ltd., Netsurf Research Labs Pvt Ltd., and Netsurf Entertainment LLP, under its banner. He seamlessly displays his mastery in global business expansion, strategic management and product innovation. Mr. Jain is also the corporate strategy advisor and Director at Mylab Discovery Solutions.
Apart from work, he focuses on ecological issues, health and hygiene, and sports. He is on the advisory board of Niramay Foundation, an NGO that organizes medical camps in the slum areas of Pune to create awareness about protective measures for various diseases. He is also associated with LAKSHYA, an NGO that identifies the budding talented sports persons and nurtures them. Mr. Jain is also the board member of YPO Pune and member of EO Pune. He holds MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

Sanjay Malpani
Director

Mr. Sanjay Malpani, a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank) by profession, displays his professional proficiency as a Director with Netsurf Communications (P) Ltd. and Ajay Bio-Tech Ltd. He began his career with the distributorship of Vasavadatta cement in 1986, which is, today, one of the largest selling cement brands in Pune. Sanjay also holds responsible positions at Sanjay Knit Pvt. Ltd and Acumen which deal in advertising contracts with Pune Municipal Transport, Solapur Municipal Transport, Pune Railway Station, Pune-Mumbai Expressway, Pune Airport and all leading Newspaper publications.

Dhanalakshmi Sriram

Mrs. Dhanalakshmi Sriram is the CFO of Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. and a Director at Ajay Bio-Tech Ltd. She seamlessly establishes and implements financial control policies and procedures to ensure the validity of the company’s financial statements and reporting. She is a veteran who has been managing the group of company’s financial health with valour and effectiveness. Her deep-rooted professional expertise spans over 13 years in the field of finance on domains namely accounting, taxation, company law and labour laws. Dhanalakshmi holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Pune University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance.

Ketan Ganu

A Computer Engineer and an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, Ketan is a business strategist with over 18 years of experience in launching new business ventures and transforming start-ups into emerging enterprises by creating breakthrough ideas and driving forward profitable business strategies to establish corporate image and deliver maximum ROIs.
Ketan has played a pivotal role in flourishing Netsurf as he joined it in the very first year of its establishment. Today, being part of the management team, he is shouldering the responsibilities of manufacturing, operations and product management with an ever extemporizing approach.

Pradeep Tete

A self-motivated, number-driven, and meticulous veteran in Direct Selling, Pradeep, a Founder member of Netsurf with over two decades of experience spearheads core business activities such as Sales, Distributor Relationship Management, Business Support and Supply Chain. Armed with a sound academic background, Pradeep holds a BCom, DBM and MBA from Nagpur and DCA from Bhopal. In the cradle of leadership and seamlessly building an intrinsic networking experience at Netsurf, his in-depth subject and domain expertise spans across the Compensation Plan structuring, Business Innovation, Planning and Strategizing, Forecasting and Projections, and Team structuring. He also specializes in head hunting and managing large size teams.
