Mr. Sujit Jain is a serial entrepreneur with successful ventures in Nutraceuticals, FMCG, and Technology. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Netsurf, a $100 million group comprising Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd., Ajay Bio-tech (India) Ltd., Netsurf Research Labs Pvt. Ltd., and Netsurf Entertainment LLP.

A visionary leader, he demonstrates strong expertise in business expansion, strategic management, and product innovation, and also serves as Director and Corporate Strategy Advisor at Mylab Discovery Solutions.

Beyond business, he actively supports ecological causes, health, hygiene, and sports development through NGOs like Niramay Foundation and LAKSHYA. He is a Board Member of YPO Pune and a Member of EO Pune, and holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

Mr. Sanjay Malpani is a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank holder) and a seasoned entrepreneur with ventures in construction materials, advertising, and diversified businesses. He serves as Director at Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. and Ajay Bio-Tech (India) Ltd., contributing to the group’s strategic and financial growth.

He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1986 with the distributorship of Vasavadatta Cement, now among Pune’s largest-selling cement brands. He also leads Sanjay Knit Pvt. Ltd. and Acumen, companies handling advertising and media contracts with Pune and Solapur Municipal Transport, Pune Railway Station, Pune–Mumbai Expressway, Pune Airport, and leading publications.

Mr. Malpani’s strong business insight and leadership continue to drive Netsurf’s growth and success.

Mrs. Dhanalakshmi Sriram is the Chief Financial Officer of Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. and a Director at Ajay Bio-Tech (India) Ltd. She has been instrumental in building robust financial systems, control mechanisms, and reporting structures, ensuring transparency, compliance, and long-term financial stability for the group.

With over 13 years of experience in accounting, taxation, company law, and labour laws, she brings exceptional analytical skills and strategic financial insight. Her meticulous approach and commitment to excellence have strengthened Netsurf’s financial foundation and operational efficiency.

She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from Pune University and an MBA in Finance, and continues to play a key role in guiding the group’s financial growth and sustainability.

Mr. Ketan is a Computer Engineer and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, with over 18 years of experience in launching new ventures and transforming start-ups into successful enterprises. A strategic business leader, he excels in innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth planning.

As an integral part of Netsurf’s management team since its inception, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution. He currently oversees manufacturing, operations, and product management, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.

His ability to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving has been vital in driving Netsurf’s expansion and strengthening its reputation as a progressive, forward-looking organization.

Mr. Pradeep is a self-motivated, result-driven professional with over two decades of experience in the Direct Selling industry. As a Founder Member of Netsurf, he has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, leading key functions such as Sales, Distributor Relationship Management, Business Support, and Supply Chain.

Armed with strong academic credentials, he holds a B.Com, DBM, and MBA from Nagpur and a DCA from Bhopal. His expertise spans Compensation Plan Structuring, Business Innovation, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, and Team Management.

Known for his leadership and people-centric approach, he has built and mentored large teams, developed strong distributor networks, and contributed significantly to Netsurf’s sustainable business expansion.
