Return and Refund Policy

Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. offers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee for Customers. If a Customer purchased a product from our SP/Company offices and is not satisfied with the product, the Customer may request a refund directly from said SP/Company offices so long as the purchase remains in acceptable and undamaged condition and is returned in its original condition. The refund amount shall be up to 90% of the Sales Price (less the shipping and handling charge on the original purchase).

*To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

* Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

* Cancellation request can be done before despatch the product.

* Refund process will be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of the cancellation requests.

* Refund amount will be 100 % of the amount paid for receipt subject to necessary deduction as the company may deem fit.
